I had the opportunity of working with Bruno Ratet and Tetra Partners as part of a project which was altogether innovative at the time, involving the construction of a biomass plant to supply a heating network for a large public authority.<\/p>\n
Bruno\u2019s role was to build and oversee governance of the special purpose vehicle.<\/p>\n
The diversity of partners (public sector, private investors) and scale of the project and financial stakes brought complexity which needed anticipating and managing skilfully.<\/p>\n
Drawing on his natural qualities \u2013 not least his interpersonal intelligence \u2013 as well as his experience and technical knowledge, especially in the legal and financial fields, Bruno has been instrumental in the success of this project.<\/p>\n

As a partner in several projects involving industrial and French and European financial actors, we needed a company manager who could meet all of the stakeholders’ objectives:

Our partnership with Tetra Partners began in January 2019, for the development of an assisted living facility in which Banque des Territoires is a shareholder.
Management of this asset, transferred to a special purpose vehicle (SPV) alongside another institutional partner, was entrusted to Tetra Partners following a recommendation.<\/p>\n
This project \u2013 which has an eventful history behind it \u2013 has benefited fully from Tetra Partners\u2019 expertise and professionalism \u2013 fortunately extending well behind its initial mission, with the social interest of the SPV as its sole compass.
The firm\u2019s agility, in-depth knowledge of the sector and the impartiality of the staff involved have been exemplary, giving the investors invaluable reassurance and peace of mind.<\/p>\n
We would like to continue our partnership with the firm and are currently looking into other projects.<\/p>\n
