Our company
Since 2012, TETRA PARTNERS has been assisting French and European institutional funds, banks, investors, in the day-to-day management of their project companies, infrastructure investment companies, SPVs, asset companies, etc. with a recognised commitment.
TETRA PARTNERS acts as a third-party manager, SPV manager, etc. depending on the name.
TETRA PARTNERS offers a complete and autonomous management solution (excluding operations) and frees investors from the constraints of routine infrastructure management.
In addition to its technical skills, TETRA PARTNERS positions itself as a companion and supporter of investors and the SPV, convinced of the need for a transparent and very long-term collaboration.
Our actions are rooted in passion, neutrality, and duration, and we like the idea of contributing to the success of your projects through a committed service at a reasonable cost.
We are an independent company whose capital is fully owned by its managers.
As of January 1, 2021, we manage nearly €120 millions of infrastructure.

Our preferred sectors are those linked to the energy transition and the fight against climate change, such as energy efficiency projects, renewable energy production and storage, sustainable mobility and efficient transport, energy recovery infrastructures, etc. as well as real estate.

An infrastructure investment is not limited to its construction and financing. Its life, during the operating phase, requires management adapted to the complexity of the Project (extensive documentation, large number of stakeholders, etc.) to guarantee the application of legal, financial, and operating contracts over time, as well as to free up and reassure investors.
